Library Portal separates the public index from future member workspaces so that reading can remain open while unfinished research has room to develop.
Current status
Everything published here is public.
The login and registration screens are form previews only. They let you test the interface locally, but do not authenticate people, create accounts, or send credentials anywhere.
Reading in the open
Collections, essays, and collection guides are available without registration. They are intended to be legible, linkable, and useful to a reader arriving for the first time.
Future member workspace
A later member area may hold personal reading trails, shared annotations, and drafts that are not ready for public circulation. It will be invitation-based rather than an open sign-up system.
Before authentication is added
The access policy, account provider, recovery process, and data-retention rules will be defined first. Until then, no password field on this site is active and no visitor data is collected through the access interface.
